Industrial Mechanical Construction

We have a vast Equipment fleet, excellent bonding capacity and a superior safety record. Our construction processes provide well-managed projects that are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Project Management

Mitchell Installation’s Project Management Team is comprised of Professional Project Managers and Engineers whom were professionally trained at UBC, SFU, BCIT & BCCSA and are professionally recognized by institutions such as UBC, SFU, BCIT, PMI, CCA, ASTTBC

Procurement

Mitchell Installations Ltd has a highly qualified Purchasing Department team that utilizes various procurement systems to leverage our purchasing power. Every stage of procurement activity is tracked and expedited efficiently to improve craft labour productivity, project scheduling, risk management and supplier performance.

Our strategic sourcing program runs suppliers through a rigorous, competitive evaluation process that results in a core group of long-term partners. We continuously monitor and manage supplier performance in the areas of price, delivery, quality and service. As a result, Mitchell can consistently offer customers the best supplies, prices and services.

Equipment

Our 256 -plus construction and service equipment fleet makes Mitchell one of the top equipment owners in our sector within the GVRD.

Our customers benefit not only from our capacity and capabilities, but also from the reliability of our equipment fleet.

Equipment in the Mitchell fleet is managed by our Purchasing Department, which developed and implemented a fully integrated equipment maintenance system to track every aspect of fleet maintenance, from preventative maintenance scheduling through inspections and repairs. As a result, our customers are confident that Mitchell equipment is safe and dependable.
